We are proud to announce that our Area Sales Manager for the West Midlands & South Wales, Harry Slade, has successfully completed his Level 4 BMF Sales Executive apprenticeship, delivered in partnership with LEAP Apprenticeships & Early Careers.
Harry joined PLASSON UK in April 2024 as our first apprentice, combining hands‑on sales experience with structured learning. Throughout the 18‑month programme, he demonstrated exceptional dedication, embracing every challenge with determination and a strong focus on commercial success.
He strengthened his sales expertise, enhanced his strategic approach to customer engagement, and built strong, lasting relationships with customers across his region. As our first apprentice, he has set an inspiring example of how impactful these programmes can be for both individuals and the organisation.
“Transitioning from internal sales to an external rep role at PLASSON was daunting at first and provided a completely new challenge – but with support from the team and tutors, I now feel equipped with the skills and confidence to perform by role daily,” said Harry.
Harry’s success represents both a personal milestone and an exciting new chapter for PLASSON UK, laying the foundation for two additional apprenticeships and reinforcing our commitment to developing talent from within.
