We’re pleased to unveil our updated range of Below-Ground Manifolds — a dedicated, non-metallic solution designed for efficient external division of mains water pipe.
Compatible with standard-sized inspection chambers, they channel a single 63mm water mains into 4 or 6 individual 25mm outlets. Each outlet comes equipped with a stop tap and an optional meter connection point for 1 ½” Class D concentric water meters.
This next-generation design replaces our long-standing black manifolds, which were phased out in March 2024. But this isn’t just a replacement — we’ve combined proven reliability with greater versatility, ensuring seamless integration with our extensive portfolio of high-performance fittings, valves, and adaptors.
“Our goal wasn’t just to replace the black manifolds, but to respond to growing demand for efficient, non-metallic infrastructure in residential and commercial developments. The result is a refined, ready-to-use product that’s simpler to install, more adaptable, and connects directly to pipe on site,” said Adam Cafer, Technical Manager at PLASSON UK.
Every manifold is fabricated right here in the UK. We supply them fully assembled and pressure-tested, so they arrive ready to install. That means shorter lead times, no complex on-site assembly, and smoother project delivery.
